- In Town tap purchasers must purchase both a water and sewer tap. This requirement may be waived by the Town Board of Trustees only.
- Out of Town tap purchasers may purchase both a water and sewer tap or either a water or sewer tap separately. Requirements may be waived by the Town Board of Trustees.
In Town and Out of Town Installation Costs: Time and materials for installation from water or sewer main to property line/edge of Town street/alley right of way. Installation costs are due and payable upon installation completion.
