Water/Sewer Rates
Bills are sent out at the end of the month and are due on the 10th of the following month. If payment is not received by the 15th, a $5.00 late charge is applied. Please contact the Town Office at (970) 677-2255 with any questions.
Monthly rate increase effective January 1, 2023 are as follows:

| Residential outside Town limits | $52.00 / month up to 5,000 gallons |
| Commercial within Town limits | $38.00 / month up to 5,000 gallons |
| Commercial outside Town limits | $57.00 / month up to 5,000 gallons |
| In Town Water taps usage over 5,000 gallons: $4.50 per 1,000 gallons Out of Town Water taps usage over 5,000 gallons: $6.75 per 1,000 gallons | |
